What are the monthly fees?
None! That’s right, there are no monthly fees for using Gravy out of the box. You simply pay per order, based on how many orders you process each month. (Some add-on integrations may have additional monthly fees.)
Can I upgrade or downgrade plans later?
Our pricing is based on the number of orders you place each month. Your price will change as your ordering increases or decreases. If you are within 500 orders of a pricing threshold change, we will send you a notification beforehand.
How much does it cost to set up?
Nothing! (Notice a pattern here?) We designed Gravy to be affordable for restaurants and food operations of all sizes. As such, we help you get set up for free.
Can I use my own hardware?
Yes, if you have Microsoft 11, Android, iOS powered devices or hardware from Clover, then you can run Gravy on those devices without the need to purchase any additional equipment.
What about credit card processing?
